This is my face that the ISC Kea DHCP server configuration file is apparently JSON with no comments. And ISC wants people to replace the traditional ISC DHCP server with this hot piece of garbage? As a system administrator, these are two middle fingers. We have lots of comments in our DHCP server config files and need them, plus of course all of the other issues with JSON.
If Debian/Ubuntu drops ISC dhcpd someday, well, I guess we'll need something non-ISC.
