@catzillaThe Fediverse Cat In a big snowfall, if you do it repeatedly you're not dealing with a giant mass of snow during any particular pass, while the people who come out at the end have to shift the whole however-many cm all in a single pass. Or so I understand the logic abstractly (my mind doesn't actually believe it emotionally, it looks at more snow coming down and the just-cleared stuff getting re-covered and nopes out).
