I really wonder how this is supposed to work anyway, would everyone ship their own models? That would be absolutely fantastic, shipping APIs in a browser that don't even try to be deterministic across browsers.

I'm not surprised, mind. This is the AI ethos after all. Just do whatever. If it doesn't work for you, you're holding it wrong.
