It's glitchy but this one comes up, if I give it at least 80 mA at 3.75 V. (The batteries are long dead, and the factory charger wires got eaten by rats, so it's hooked up to my bench supply via test leads.)

I have such fond memories of these ridiculous tiny LED displays. This one is on an HP-35.
