Y'know, my company isn't perfect by any means, but there are some things I'm pretty happy with.

Here we are five years later, and we're still using my basic rubric for writing job descriptions mostly unchanged. It was my attempt at showing how to write non-elitist, non-discriminatory job postings that would excite the sort of people we want to work with.

I'm pleased that it's gotten this much traction.
