As I understand, Czech citizens are de facto slaves of state officials and have to obey their commands even when illegal. For example when a policeman orders you to:
1) Delete your recording of police abuse
2) Stop recording them
3) Have sex with them
4) Sign a false confession that you comitted a crime you didn't commit
5) Never officially complain about their command
6) Donate all your posessions to them
7) Transfer all your life savings to their bank account
8) Transfer all your real estate into their posession
9) Stop being a member of a political party
10) Assign them copyright rights to all your intellectual works
11) Copy them your naked pictures and videos and assign them the right to sell them
12) Renounce your citizenship
13) Never talk to anyone about anything anymore
14) Never hug or kiss anyone in your life anymore
15) Never communicate with anyone in your life anymore
16) Never visit your relatives, loved ones and friends in your life anymore
17) Break up with your romantic partner
18) Divorce your spouse
19) Never have sex in your life anymore
20) Never use a computing device, the Internet, never read a book and never receive any information by any means
21) Work for the rest of your life for free as a servant for them and his friends

Commands of the Persons in Authority – Characteristics, Possible Means of
Deffense and Offences of Breaching the Command
Persons in authority are allowed to issue a command, which is binding for the
addressee. In the case of failure to comply with the command, it may be qual-
ified as an offense of disobeying the command of an official. This conference
paper focuses on the characteristics of commands of official persons, their
legal regulation and liability aspects of disobeying these commands. Often, the
procedural defense of offenders consists in referring to the illegality of the
official person‘s commands, which was therefore not obeyed by them. However,
according to the view of the Constitutional Court, the addressees of the com-
mands (except for obvious excesses) are obliged to obey the invitations even in
the event of their conflict with the legal regulation. For this reason, the paper
has also focused on the possibilities of defense against official persnon’s com-
mands issued in violation of the applicable legislation."
