@carnage4lifeDare Obasanjo My prediction, the ones who remain at companies who do this, like Block, are going to burn out. Leading agents isn't anything like leading a team. There is no trust building, development or progression. Yet responsibility for all they produce remains on fewer shoulders, with less review and oversight. "Institutional knowledge" becomes markdown files no one reads or writes.

We may find that some of the "slack" in the system was keeping it healthy and sustainable.
