Fediverse/ActivityPubの範囲から外れる可能性はあると思う。ただ、ActivityPubサーバーを実装する場合はカスタムタスクが必要になる (Holloのフォローインポートとか)場合があると思われるので、そう考えるとあったほうが良いとも思う (Bullみたいなの使えばこれはどうにでもなるもけどね…)
