Stuck working on a #Windows box today, so I decided to update my #ilo vm in c#. I've added a basic bitmap display for simple graphics, and keyboard input to this is working. I still need to add scrolling & the DEC terminal emulation code. This will match the functionality of the X11 ilo system when done.
