Since a few people had problems today with #bitlocker To get the recovery key from your C drive *before* you are having issues, run "manage-bde -protectors -get c:" in an admin command prompt. This will show you the recovery key in plan text. To get the key *after* bitlocker auto unlock has failed, you may find it on your private Microsoft account, visit https://aka.ms/MyRecoveryKey or you may find it on your company account, visit https://aka.ms/aadrecoverykey There is also a youtube video from Microsoft that walks you through this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drCo-S4_iNs #microsoft #windows
