The thing being highlighted by the headline: that Trump acknowledges he could return Abrego Garcia if he wanted to (but said he "can't" because his lawyers said not to).

But the bigger thing is that Trump keeps referencing that Abrego *literally* had the letters MS-13 tattoo'ed onto his knuckles, which was a digitally manipulated image. He keeps referencing it despite the reporter clarifying it's untrue
