weight loss, stats, glp-1, diet

In just over the last year I have lost about 40 pounds. Was weighing in around 295 pounds in late 2024. Today I am weighing in at around 255 pounds.

A good amount of that was before the glp-1, when I was living in Germany. Things got a bit harder when my situation was fluctuating between Canada and the US. But you can see the biggest losses have happened after I started on the GLP-1 in December.

Big drop over the last month especially, which is the second chart.
