weight loss, stats, glp-1, diet

It's hard to understate what being on the GLP-1 is like. Something had broken in me where I *did not experience satiation* starting around the age of 20 (I actually suspect it corresponds with taking myself off of ADHD meds, which I had been on since early developmental years, and I started compensating with food... I'm not sure, though there is some research I ran into at one point indicating that this can happen to people). I was always ravenously hungry and had to space out my day with baby carrots, cucumbers, apples.

I'm now at a point where I am just not thinking about food. "Reduction in food noise" I guess.

I think quite simply, I fell into food addiction, and this is a combination of the kinds of processed foods in our environment but also being on and then going off certain classes of medication that affect appetite, and being on strong doses during developmental years. That's suspicion though.

Regardless, things are working.
