uspol, trans genocide, thinking out loud

Okay, so the pieces haven't fallen in place for this yet. But I am looking at recent news and trying to game things out. If near term risks are signs that:

- ICE could start going after trans people
- The FDA might start cracking down on DIY

then I see a bunch of people being like "I should build a back-stock of DIY estrodiol right now". But what happens if those two combine? Is there a future within the next year or two where trans people get raided for having "illegal supplies of drugs"?
