I find myself at a crossroads with respect to my business. I've always thought of myself as a kind of "academic", but I've long had a lot of misgivings about the whole system of academia as currently practiced. So, I'm fine with being out of the University.

I've been able to happily occupy a strange niche of independent teaching, but the recent headwinds have been undeniably fierce and I don't really think I'd enjoy a pivot to "prompting." So.... anyways, I'm babbling.
