another tricky thing is that bluesky feed contract (afaik?) has no support for reverse pagination (upwards). maybe i'm wrong about this. but if that's correct, the best thing we can ever do when you "load more" above is insert a fresh segment (which would have a "load more" below). maybe that's fine
