@bobbby.onlineyburyug what's a canonical way to encode a postfactum rejection? e.g. have a decision with path A and B, chose A, but then a few weeks later it turned out A was a bad idea, and now we choose B or maybe even some new C. in that case do we still model B and C as options? or is it new chain
