You can probably use Firefox Sync on all of these. I just started using @librewolf@chaos.social, and it was available behind an about:config setting (look for fxaccounts, I believe).

And if you don't want to use Mozilla's servers, there may be third-party alternatives, and you'd just have to change the server address (also in about:config).

I even remember seeing a self-hosting option for Firefox Sync years ago. I don't know if it's still around.
