Here's that 60 minutes segment - not the Canadian guy filming his TV (thank you), but a 1080p grab from a browser someone posted to Internet Archive.

That 1080p video is 1.4GB. This 720p version (crf:35) is under 40MB, which just happens to be the default / most common media size limit for mastodon instances.

NOTE: mastodon re-encoded the upload to 100MB so HERE'S THE 40MB version
