Two qualities stand out from Trump’s initial flurry of Executive Orders.

The first is that they are nasty and vile and spiteful. The cruelty is the point, etc.

The second is how legally flimsy they have proved on contact with the courts, even with Republican judges. Just not properly lawyered.
