@axemonkey@metalhead.club That first part is definitely not what's happening. Are we building AI features? Yes, because lots of users are asking for them. But we're trying to do it in a way that's as thoughtful and respectful of current users as we can, including having the option for people to disable them all up front and never be asked about it. And even if people don't do that, they're being designed to be opt-in, and privacy preserving. (Full disclosure: I'm not involved in any AI features.)
