Work is pretty big on using LLMs. I don’t like this in general.

I wrote docs last week for something. It took me a couple hours to do, and a lot of it was thinking about the position of the reader.

Why are they reading this? What skill background and familiarity do they have?

A new engineer who needs to understand why it’s build this way? Or 4am Dave trying to fix a production issue, wondering what’s wrong?

This nuance is simply lost for LLMs. Brevity & relevance require context & effort.
