My 10+ year invoice & accounting software https://harvestapp.com/ has just been bought out by those Private Equity Fuckers "Bending Spoons US Inc.". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bending_Spoons

Typically they:

- increase prices
- lay off almost all existing staff
- screw over customers

You know the names - Evernote, Filmic, Meetup, Issu, WeTransfer, Brightcove, Vimeo, AOL, Eventbrite.

Time to move. ASAP.

Here's what I need:

- automatically send a few very boring invoice with 3-5 line items every month
- allow manual editing of line items prior to sending
- include my bank, company details
- and the customer's ones
- allow me to check off that each invoice has been paid
- EU hosted
- not owned by Private Equity Fuckwits
