OH MY GOD —! I cried out when I saw myself like this this morning. My face is pale and colorless, my body is thin and trembling from my foot injury, anemia, and malnutrition, and I'm about to lose my leg because treatment is no longer available. I will never forgive being looked at like this, being ignored, and being passed over without even a single word from them.
