6 weeks ago: I respond to a large PR on one of the projects I help maintain that I won't be able to review it on a volunteer basis.

4 weeks ago: I get a call on my cell phone from a German phone number (number not hard to find but also not super easy) asking for a quote for this work.

Today: I get an email from a German government agency, in German, with ~40 pages of German-language legal documents asking me to bid on a tender for "Upstream support". Takes me a while to find the Übersichtsinformationen on page 4 of document #3 to clarify which project it's about.
