from what i can tell, zfs complaining about labels is one of the failure modes when your drives fail. so those two may be irrecoverable. you can try running zpool replace <pool> /dev/sdX /dev/sdY but it’s not a given that it’ll work if two of your drives failed at once. If you only had one drive of redundancy then you’re virtually toast EDIT: they shouldn’t let me write before breakfast. i completely missed you writing about the mirror. lmk how exactly the replace errors out
