Now I know I didn't imagine it. SOFT was my favourite computing magazine back in the 80s. It didn't last long (I don't think the British public were ready for interesting articles) and it's *very* hard to find mentions of it online. I've never seen issues on eBay. This is the first time I've seen a scan of a cover.

It was one of the few magazines that had articles on things like writing compilers for microcomputers, like the Pascal in Forth article that *is* online. (I did contact the author years ago and maybe I'll try again to see if he has the whole issue - I'd like to read the Level 9 article.)
