데일리안 | 네이버 · 공정거래위원회가 ‘G마켓-알리 합작회사’ 설립을 위한 기업결합을 두고 국내 소비자 정보를 차단하는 조건으로 승인했다. 데이터 결합으로 인한 쏠림현상, 진입장벽 등 경쟁 제한 우려를 검토한 첫 기업결합 심사 결과다.
