응급 환자를 받지 않는 병원을 비판하기는 쉽습니다. 그래서 무조건 환자를 받으라는 법을 만들고 있고 심지어 수술 잘못하면 처벌하는 법까지 논의하고 있습니다. 그래서 문제가 해결될까요? 무조건 환자는 받아서 수술하고 잘못되면 의사가 책임지고요? 좀 더 근본적인 질문이 필요할 때입니다.
