제로 식혜는 식품공학의 극치이지만,
굳이 따지자면 식혜라고 하기엔 사기 아닌가 싶다.

원래 쌀을 엿기름으로 분해해서 엿당이 있는게 식혜의 정체성인데, 엿당을 빼고 대체당으로 제로화 시키면 식혜맛이 나는 다른 무언가일 뿐이잖아 ㅋㅋㅋ
