베트남 현지 법무법인과 협의하러 다녀온 직원에게 이러쿵 저러쿵 베트남 법과 제도에 대해 잔소리 하길래 뭔소린가 들어봤더니
실제로 조사한게 아니라 자기가 20년전에 중국에서 사업을 해봤는데 베트남이 공산국가이고 중국을 따라서 발전중이라 중국이랑 제도가 비슷할거라면서 현지 법무법인이 말한게 잘못 되었을거라는 논리였음.
