Today the governor's office picked up, same strategy as yesterday, briefly register complaint, thank the person for answering the phone, re-iterate that I hope callers are being nice to them personally and that they have the hardest job in the Governor's office.

Patiently waiting for responses to my FOIA requeests, and by patiently waiting I mean refreshing the muckrock page every couple of hours even though I know nothing will have changed.
