working on a thingy for tracking instances that can't be delivered to, API will probably look a bit like this:

I make a request to "localhost:8080/api/v1/admin/instances" which shows a list of instances including information on when they were first seen, last successful delivery, and delivery errors. Then I make a second request to "localhost:8080/api/v1/admin/instances?undeliverable=true" which shows only instances with delivery errors.
