其实最好就是电脑里头留个单个微博软件（首页改成自己 profile 或者通知），电脑里头只上某某题材的网站（GitHub, SoundCloud 这些术业专攻的极少有人键政的网站）
另外不碰中文圈 *真的* 能使自己心态变好（倒是近几年也应该加上「别碰 alt-tech」的提醒了（主要还是 Elon 收购的突脸））（虽然但是中文圈也肯定有自己同好，凡事不能太绝对）
