很久沒有買黑甜菜，在想要怎麼做才好吃查了一下網路，才知道他原名叫龍葵，莖跟開花未熟的果實有毒性—龍葵鹼，就是跟馬鈴薯發芽的毒一樣的茄鹼

室友問我今天有什麼配菜，我一邊把花跟果實摘掉洗菜一邊說：今天這餐有點危險呢....
