hrmmm. i am making an app for a #larp (which apparently is the only thing i'm talking about this week i guess).

i am trying to make things robust in an environment with bad mobile internet but wifi. the wifi has slow internet though, so i'm thinking of running things locally to keep it speedy, esp bc there's a chat and image upload component.

is there a way to run a web app reachable via LAN with fallback to WAN?
