I just finished reading John Green's book, "Everything is Tuberculosis", and it really hit home on a lot of the feelings I struggled with about global health inequity early in the COVID pandemic. I remember watching in horror how Western countries were getting 3rd and 4th shots while poorer countries, ravaged with deaths, couldn't even access first doses
