Most of us here are well aware of the impact of AI slop on open source projects, and programming work in general.

As an author, I'll share that I'm also seeing an uptick in garbage marketing pitches. I've gotten them off and on ever since my book got published. But they're coming more often, and there's a new trend where people generate emails that make it sound like they read the book, and just want to share feedback.
