So I'm sitting in the back of my pickup truck shell, a modern covered wagon, which is literally parked on the trace of the Old Oregon Trail (~1811-69) in remote central Wyoming, updating my Linux distro via a cell phone connection. I have the whole freaking world at my finger tips. I've got a small power station that I can charge via a 200 watt foldable solar panel. I've got ice in my cooler. Fresh food & veggies & I can cover hundreds of miles in a day. If only those emigrants could see this...
