typing on the Model M is such a delight that sometimes I get typing things I don't have to, just as a stim. no keyboard comes close to this, even the fancy mechanical keyboards alleged to be "clicky" never give me a *clicky* clicky. plastic cannot beat metal, the way the resistance curve builds and builds and builds and then bam, releases in a satisfying feedback caress like half a dozen microorgasms per second. other girls pay big moneys on screens and graphic cards and RAM, I always reserve my computer money for the part that gives me the most pleasure and the least tendinitis, the one device I use more than three hundred times per minute. I've had more than one Model M but this particular German one is from 1985 and still works perfectly, and always will.
