前些日子我附近的河堤邊在草皮跟柏油路間建造了一個小小的擋水牆（左邊白線右側）經過幾次大雨它的效果慢慢出來了，無法順利排水的草皮因為積水滲出的土壤漫到了畫面右邊的人行步道，當下雨時造成一片泥濘的效果。這個小擋水牆的原始目的我不清楚是什麼，但確實有它的「效果」發生。
