I've seen an increasing number of patches written with the help of LLMs submitted to my projects (especially when hosted on GitHub). Some authors are very diligent about it (e.g. asking first whether it's okay), some others less so.

I've tried writing down a policy for LLM use for contributions to my projects. This is an experiment, the policy may change in the future.
