@emilianosandri probably not. One of the reasons why it's taking so long is that the damage wasn't immediately visible, so we (all) had to wait - hoping it could be minimal. But as weeks pass, the situation is getting worse. Now that it's clear that it's a huge problem, they don't want to pay.
Two lawyers I know (I don't like them that much, but this time I agree with them) say that insurance companies are among the worst entities you can deal with.

@stefanoStefano Marinelli I never dealt with insurance companies too much but I can imagine, one of the reasons why I'm thankful for socialized (for yet) healthcare is because dealing with such companies when they can decide on your life or death is a terrible prospect.
