LLM Rant

I setup a forgejo instance on ym own hardware and network, I'm happy with it, I put some metrics with the node and all that using prometheus+grafana stack just to check stuff over time. That was yesterday...

Today I wake up, see 80% disk usage, CPU going ham, close to a terabyte of egress, and 1M+ requests in nginx access logs 🤨

I open them, and low and behold, 99% of them are just AI crawlers... I'm gonna lose it... So for now that forgejo is now behind cloudflare.
