참고로 놀라운 사실은, 가령 YTN이나 연합뉴스 기사는 이 자를 국경순찰대장이라고 칭하고 있는데, "국경순찰대장" 직위가 관련법상 실존하는 직위가 아니고, 그냥 장관이 "임의로" 그러한 직위를 만들어서 이 사람이 책임자라면서 칼자루를 쥐어 줬다는 것임.
