We've had a pretty severe ice storm here in southern Quebec. When this happens, cables snap under the weight of the ice, or falling trees bring down a whole line of poles. Our electrical company also stages strategic blackouts to balance out the grid. Regardless of why, my electricity and Internet access is fragile today and probably tomorrow. I think I've rescheduled all my planned meetings, but if I am unresponsive today, that's why.
