One thing I found interesting in this discussion was how people mixed the idea of software built with AI assistance and AI software itself.
It feels like a real fluid boundary; a lot of people talked about AI being "in" the software when someone's used AI to help build the software.
Other words used included "tainted" and "infected".
Anyway I'm a Yes, but. Yes, but network software can have real negative effects on other participants in the network. All software running on the ActivityPub network should be well-behaved and secure, regardless of how it's written.
