@adminKipJayChou if you watched the talk, you know that following a hashtag in Mastodon is kind of random. You see tagged posts from people you follow and from people who others on your server follow. If someone on a server your server has no connection to posts on that same hashtag, you'll never see it. tags.pub is to help connect with those posts, too.
If you have a fediverse account, you can quote this note from your own instance. Search https://cosocial.ca/users/evan/statuses/116246420459738858 on your instance and quote it. (Note that quoting is not supported in Mastodon.)
