We have had some success using LLMs to translate English interface prompts and descriptions into other European languages. With relatively few steps, we can localize our interface into a new language; you can see the strategy here:

In our last sprint, I put this strategy to the test and translated our interface and data documentation into French. It was pretty satisfying to see the new options appear automatically.
