Kein Geld für geplanten Ausbau von fünf Zugstrecken

Fünf Zugstrecken im Bundesgebiet können erst mal nicht wie geplant ausgebaut werden - es fehlt das Geld. Für die Bahn hat ein anderes Vorhaben Priorität. Von Maximilian Ulrich.
